Cold extrusion sleeve is to insert the end of the steel bar (which should be an auxiliary steel bar) that needs to be connected into a specially designed steel sleeve, and use an extruder to compress the steel sleeve, causing it to undergo plastic deformation. The connection of the steel bar is achieved by the mechanical interlocking force between the deformed steel sleeve and the ribbed steel bar. This connection method is generally used for grade 11 steel bars (including waste heat treated steel bars) with a diameter of 16-40mm. The method of radial compression connection should comply with the requirements of the "Technical Specification for Ribbed Steel Reinforcement Compression Connection" (JG 108-96).
