The main equipment and devices used for sleeve grouting include: drum mixer, air compressor, electronic platform scale, grouting cylinder, steel wire hose, rubber plug, etc.

The principle of fully grouted steel reinforcement sleeve grouting connection technology is to use the concave and convex parts inside the sleeve. Two steel bars that need to be connected are inserted from the end, and the grouting machine injects high-strength grouting material from one end of the grouting port. The grouting material has the property of no shrinkage and slight expansion. Therefore, after the grouting material hardens, the steel bars and sleeve are tightly combined into a whole. It is precisely because of the nature of the grouting material that the compactness inside the sleeve is ensured. Under the constraint of the sleeve, the steel bars are also firmly bonded, so this connection method has high tensile and compressive strength and connection reliability.

Steel sleeve grouting is a grouting pressure tank filled with high-performance grouting material for steel reinforcement connections, which is transported by an air compressor through a gas pipe.

Causing an increase in pressure in the grouting pressure tank, under the action of pressure, the grouting material mixture inside the tank is pressed out.

Enter the tightly sealed prefabricated wall panel grouting chamber through a conduit from the grouting hole to complete the grouting.

The hardened grouting material is wrapped around the steel bars and grouting sleeves respectively. Transfer the force from one steel bar to another steel bar. Realize the connection structure of continuous and reliable force transmission of steel bars.

Process flow and operation points

The construction process of grouting sleeve in the prefabricated beam column node area is as follows: foundation treatment → sealing of grouting chamber → preparation for grouting construction → grouting → sealing of grouting holes → final inspection.

1) Basic processing. Before construction, clean the foundation thoroughly and flush it with water within a few hours before sealing. Use a pressurized water pipe to wet the joints to ensure that there is no ash, oil stains, or water accumulation.

2) Sealing of grouting chamber. The sealing material adopts specialized high-strength sealing material. Using sealing material to form a closed groove shaped space at the bottom of the component through grouting, and the space is interconnected with the reserved holes and sleeve holes at the bottom of the component.

3) Preparation for grouting construction. Grouting materials that correspond to the working conditions and have been determined to be qualified for testing should be used. Before construction, add water and stir for 3-5 minutes. The ratio of grouting material to water is 1: (0.125-0.135). Then let it stand for 2-3 minutes until the bubbles are naturally discharged. The grouting machine should be moistened with clean water in advance.

4) Grouting. Pour the grouting material into the grouting machine and circulate it several times before starting grouting. The mixed grouting material should be filtered and screened before being poured into the grouting machine to prevent blockage. The grouting material is injected through the grouting port of the grouting sleeve, with a grouting flow rate of 0.8-1.2 L/min. 5) Block the drainage hole. After the mortar flows out from the grouting sleeve outlet, immediately seal the outlet with a rubber stopper. After checking and confirming that all joints have been grouted, smooth the surfaces of the grouting and discharge ports, and record the grouting process on site.

Grouting sleeve refers to the process of inserting ribbed steel bars into a sleeve, filling the gap between the sleeve and the steel bars with specialized grouting material.
